He received bachelor's and master's degrees cum laude in biomedical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2015 and 2017 respectively, and master's degree in bioengineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA, in 2017. Since 2018 he is a researcher at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia with the Artificial and Mechanical Intelligence research line (Dynamic Interaction Control until 2021), working on humanoid robot control for human-robot interaction within the EU project An.Dy. and a joint lab with the Honda Research Institute Japan. Since January 2019 he is also enrolled as split-site Ph.D. student with the University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K.
