Research center

He received bachelor's and master's degrees cum laude in biomedical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2015 and 2017 respectively, and master's degree in bioengineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA, in 2017. Since 2018 he is a researcher at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia with the Artificial and Mechanical Intelligence research line (Dynamic Interaction Control until 2021), working on humanoid robot control for human-robot interaction within the EU project An.Dy. and a joint lab with the Honda Research Institute Japan. From 2019 he was also enrolled as split-site student with the University of Manchester, and in 2023 he was awarded PhD in Computer Science.
